being a state university, the tuition fee in upis, my high school, is very minimal. i only paid P600 tuition fee per semester when i was in elementary and P40 per semester when i was in high school. now, upis is being phased out, due to lack of funds to keep the school afloat.
in order to voice out the problem and seek the help of others, batch '81, the silver jubilarians for 2006, sponsored an ad, which is actually made by my batchmate, marian basa.
