happy new year?

sometimes i can really be superstitious about new year's day... you know, that whatever you did on the first day of the year will dictate your fate for the rest of the year? well, this is how we spent new year's eve:


yep, no power. and it didn't come back on till late this morning. it was very uncomfortable, mainit, malamok, ack! will i suffer for the rest of the year? or am i suffering because i wouldn't have to for the rest of the year? hehe.

anyway, whatever! 2008 should be a very exciting year for me. i'm looking forward to it (especially november 2008). :D
