for almost 6 years now, my family has been moving around because of a dispute on property inheritance. we left our home and opted to rent just to free us from the emotional pain and the conflicts. true enough, we have found our peace of mind.
right now, we are looking for a permanent home, preferably still within the area, but we are now short on cash. you see, mom and dad purchased a lot in tagaytay, but since we plan to buy a home in the city, we will not have enough budget anymore to finish paying off that lot. ;(

Hi Myls, this is your cousin Jonah. We were interested in the Tagaytay property. When we were there we looked at it, but due to financial situations, we were unable to say yes to your mom that we will assume (buy) it. Is it still on the market?
Hi Myls, could you please ask your mom if the lot is still in the market. WE plan on going for a Phils. vacation next year, maybe we could look at it (again).
